Sometimes retailers will offer gift cards at a discounted price. It's a great idea to buy these to use at stores you go to often. It's your own little sale.     I would like to share a tip I just found about a discount gift card exchange called abcgiftcards.com . You can buy sell and trade gift cards at discounted prices from all National retailers.
